Hello everyone,

You may have already been asked at your place of employment for your comments on this Health Workforce Australia (HWA) project.  If not please submit your comments as an ANTS member.

HWA is seeking submissions on the process of prescribing medications.  As nurses have a major responsibility to administer medications and in some instances have the role of prescribing, it is important that the contribution nurses make to this issue is recognised. 

The HWA website provides information on all the projects currently being undertaken www.hwa.gov.au. Scroll down on the right hand of the webpage is the link to the HPPP survey.  The survey closes 30th May, 2012.
