It is time again to invite you to the ANTS Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held on 30th April at the Sebel Surry Hills Hotel (28 Albion St, Sydney, http://www.sebelsurryhills.com.au/index.html). We encourage members to attend or to complete a proxy form so your vote can count and to enable a quorum of members for the AGM.
  • The event will encompass the presentation by Pearson of the 2010 Pearson/ANTS Nursing Educator of the Year award.
  • This will be followed by presentations from each of the Branch chairpersons with some information about their Branches. In the past 2 years ANTS have developed branches in most states, so it will be interesting to hear about each branch and the exciting events they have been organising.
  • The time will be 8.45 am for 9.00 am start. The AGM will commence at 11.00 am.
  • Lunch is also included in the cost of the morning’s session – great for networking and catching up with old friends!
  • A strategic planning meeting will be held in the afternoon and is open to all members. This meeting will discuss how we can progress ANTS as an organisation, and review its goals and vision. Hello everyone, this is a reminder about the ANTS AGM. This is a great opportunity to network with other nurse educators and then have a lovely lunch. The afternoon strategic planning activity is optional, but you may want to consider attending if you are interested in contributing to the future plans for ANTS. We would certainly appreciate your input.
