Dear Colleagues, for those of you are are ENs or work with ENs, please see the following.

As you know, APNA is working to develop an education and career framework for all nurses in primary health care with the aim of improving employment opportunities, recruitment and retention of nurses within, or considering a career in, primary health care settings.

Enrolled Nurses are a crucial part of the nursing workforce.

Since May 2016, APNA has consulted with nurses working in primary health care settings across Australia, holding key stakeholder workshops in all capital cities and through online webinars.

We are keen to make sure the voices of Enrolled Nurses are well represented in these conversations.

This is your opportunity to provide your experience and insight directly into the Education and Career Framework – see attached for further details. We also welcome Registered Nurses and others interested in contributing to the Enrolled Nurse framework.
