Dear Colleagues, Elsevier Australia are looking at ways they can support us and have asked if we could complete a short survey about care plans.
One of the discussions I had with Elsevier was around the use of care plans in Australian and New Zealand, and Elsevier would like to find out more about their use in hospitals and other healthcare organisations. They have created a survey with 15 questions to find out more and gather responses to some specific issues, which should take around 15 to 20 minutes to complete.
Please could I ask you to complete the survey (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ELSANZCarePlans) by Monday 6 June (as I sent it out a bit late it is OK to have it in by 10 June)? They would also like to get as wide a range of responses as possible, so please could I ask you to forward the link to any colleagues or members of your network who would be able to provide feedback?
