Rooms have been reserved for registrants of the 15th National Nurse Education Conference at special group rates at the following properties. Accommodation bookings for the following rates can only be booked through sapro. To secure your booking you are required to provide credit card details or full prepayment of accommodation which will be given to the hotel of your choice. Availability and rates of accommodation cannot be guaranteed after Thursday 27 March 2014, or if sold out prior to this date.

Rates quoted are per room per night for up to 2 people using existing bedding, include GST and do not include breakfast (unless otherwise indicated).

InterContinental Adelaide North Terrace, Adelaide – Adjacent to Conference venue The InterContinental Adelaide is situated in one of the city’s finest locations, on the picturesque River Torrens. The hotel forms an integral part of Adelaide’s spectacular Riverbank promenade and is adjacent to the Adelaide Convention Centre and the Festival Centre. Adelaide Airport is just a 15-minute drive from the hotel. The hotel features 24 hour front desk, Business Centre, Concierge, Restaurants and Bar, Pool, Spa and Sauna, Gym/Fitness Room and 24 hour room service.

Oaks Embassy 96 North Terrace, Adelaide – approximately 2 minute walk to Conference venue Ideally located in the heart of the central business district on North Terrace, Oaks Embassy is just a short stroll from Adelaide’s shopping precinct and convention centre. Guests will enjoy the hotel’s luxurious facilities which include a superb indoor heated lap pool, sauna, spa, plunge pool, steam room, gymnasium and MBC restaurant (open daily for Breakfast only).

Mercure Grosvenor Hotel Adelaide 125 North Terrace, Adelaide – approximately 2 minute walk to Conference venue This four-star hotel is superbly located opposite the Festival Centre in the heart of the cultural boulevard of North Terrace. Hotel facilities include the Federal Restaurant and Bar, 24-hour reception and room service, parking, internet kiosk and exercise room. Mercure Grosvenor is a unique property, offering a variety of room types to fit the needs of all travellers. For the budget conscious there are Economy Rooms which are a 3 star rating. These are a compact room with small ensuite, modern yet basic and at the rear of the building. For the business, convention and leisure traveller the hotel also features 4 star Standard and Superior Rooms.

Royal Adelaide Hospital Residential Wing - Budget North Terrace, Adelaide – approximately 20 minute walk to Conference venue Conveniently located on North Terrace Adelaide, the Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH) is the city’s major public hospital. The Residential wing used to be the nurses’ home and has twelve floors. It is located at the rear of the hospital (northern end). The rooms are basic and linen is provided.

Early and Late Check-in

Check-in at all properties is from 2.00pm. Whilst the hotels will do everything possible to accommodate early arrivals, if you wish to be guaranteed immediate access to your room, you will need to pay an extra day’s tariff for the night before.

You will be required to provide a credit card upon check-in for incidental charges.

Please indicate if you will be arriving at your hotel after 6.00pm. Failure to do so may mean your room will be released.

Change or cancellation of Booking

Due to the nature of group bookings any booking changes or cancellations must be made in writing to sapro and NOT directly to the hotel. Sapro will action your request during their business hours only.
